As the churchyard is now closed for further burials, the parish council are responsible, by law, for upkeep and maintenance.
A memorial safety check has taken place in the cemetery.
If you notice that a family memorial has a safety warning sign attached, please contact the clerk.

For this purpose, a parishioner/resident is defined as follows:
- A person who has lived within the parish of Mickleton immediately prior to their death.
- A person who was a resident of the parish of Mickleton immediately prior to becoming a resident in a hospital or institution, home for the elderly or the chronically sick.
- A person who had previously lived in the parish of Mickleton for no less than 50 years.
- In the case of a child/student the parents must live in the parish of Mickleton.
The above fees were proposed and ratified at a meeting of Mickleton Parish Council on 31 August 2022 under Section 15 of the Local Authorities Cemeteries Order 1977.
