The parish clerk is updated by Gloucestershire Highways on scheduled work that impacts traffic on local roads. Where relevant, these are shared here and on the parish council’s Facebook page.

 

BROAD MARSTON LANE

This road will be closed on 16/06/2026 to 18/06/2026 to allow for water service repair work by Thames Water.

Emergency and pedestrian access will be maintained.

This road will also be closed from 06/07/2026 to 08/07/2026 for the Installation of Pressure Monitoring Equipment, please see documents below.

Please be advised that this road closure which was to be carried out in March 2026 had to be aborted on the first attempt, so this will now be done as above.  All other details remain the same.
B4632 BROADWAY ROAD

To temporarily close the length of road from 06/07/2026 to 10/07/2026 and from 01/09/2026 to 30/10/2026 from the Broadway Road junction with Campden Road to its junction with Honeybourne Lane (700m) for trial hole investigation work and then bridge repair work by Gloucestershire Highways.

Alternative Routes: as signed on site and as per the map below.
Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, and emergency access, will  NOT be maintained as the said works involve excavations in the road.
