Newlands Homes is holding a public consultation at the King George's Hall on Wednesday 3 September 2025 from 4–7pm. Please see further information, and an event invitation, attached.
Thank you to those who came to the public consultation on 23 July 2025. We asked residents to email Mickleton Parish Council with what they see as most urgent items for investing S106 and CIL monies. The most commented items were sent to Cotswold District Council, see file below.
The South Warwickshire Plan consultation includes an option to expand the development of houses at Meon Vale and Long Marston Airfield beyond the current approval for 3,500 houses, up to 6,000, 10,000 or possibly even 25,000 dwellings.
