Public consultation: Wednesday 7 January 2026 at 6pm in King George’s Hall

Mickleton Parish Council is holding a public consultation regarding the outline planning application 25/03351/OUT Outline planning application for up to 95
dwellings with associated access and infrastructure, all other matters reserved, at Land North of Tops Nursery.

Newland Homes has now submitted its outline planning application for 95 dwellings at Land North of Tops Nursery.

This consultation is to allow villagers to share their opinions about this development. The parish council has requested and received an extension to the consultee feedback date, and will be submitting its comment to Cotswold District Council in January, and public feedback will help to inform this comment.
